Appendix 3-2: Back up Manually
 This section describes how to manually back up the settings of parameters, programs and control inputs and outputs
individually by hand.
Preparation
 Handy Terminal FHT31, FHT21 or FHT11.
Backup of the settings
1) Monitor the settings of parameters.
Follow the procedure below and note down the settings.
(1) Monitor the settings by the command TS (Tell setting).
Input as “TS0”.

Firstly, the setting of the parameter PG (Position gain) will be monitored.
(2) Every input of the SP monitors, a setting will be read out. Input the SP several times to
read out all settings of parameters.

The prompt “: (colon)” appears on the screen for the completion of monitoring.
2) Monitor the settings of programs.
Follow the procedures below and note down the settings.
(1) Monitor all programs by the command TC/AL (Tel all channel program).

All program channel settings will be read out.
(2) Every input of the SP key reads out the program lines one by one. Input the SP key
several times to read out all settings.
