2 Pull out the jammed paper gently.
3 Close the front cover firmly with both hands.
For the error code 381
1 Remove the jammed paper from the output exit.
2 Pull the front cover open lever (blue) to open the front cover.
3 Pull the L2 lever and lift the output tray until it reaches the stop position.
