8-5-4 Operational Flow of Recipe Function
Use the following procedure to use the recipe function.
Example of Handshaking
Using Write Address
Function
The recipes can be used without special programming in the PLC by using the
write address function. When the Write Completed Flag (bit 8 of word n) is
turned ON by using the write address function, the Write Bit (PT to PLC) (bit 0
of word n) is turned OFF.
Example: Set W20 as the first control word.
When the Write Completed Flag W20.08 (bit 8 of W20) turns ON, the Write Bit
(PT to PLC) W20.00 (bit 00 of W20) is turned OFF.
Operation Completed Flag = OFF?
Specify the file
number and block
number.
Turn ON the
operation bit.
Error Flag = OFF?
Operation Completed Flag = OFF?
Check the error code
and process the error.
Turn OFF the
operation bit.
