4.1.3 Error Display and Icons
When an error occurs, the screen shows the following error messages and icons.
• Error Icon
Icon Description
Label end or media end is detected.
Ribbon end is detected.
Sensor error is detected.
Print head is unlocked.
Filament disconnection of the print head is detected.
Communication error is detected.
Receive buffer over is detected.
Item No. error or BCC error is detected.
Cutter error is detected.
Memory card is not accessible or there is no free space in the memory card.

Alternates every three seconds.
Shows the valid arrow
button to switch the screen.
