7.4 Interface Troubleshooting
When an interface error occurs on the product, check with the checklist related to that interface.
7.4.1 USB Interface

1 Check that the USB cable is connected correctly.
2 Check that the cable is not damaged.
3 Check the configuration of the product.
Check the setting of the USB interface through the INTERFACE MODE menu.
4 If there are multiple USB ports on the computer, connect to another port.
5 Disconnect other USB devices from the computer.
6 Power on the product and computer again.
7 Install the USB driver again.
