To choose a format, select the desired report in the Reports Directory. In
Figure 9-1, the standard OSx report S_DEVIC is selected. The Format
Information area displays data about the selected report. These display
fields are described below.
Name The report name.
Description The report description entered in the Report Editor.
Security Level The security level type for the report. The security level is
determined in the Report Editor as one of the following:
• GEN General Security Level
• OPER Operation Security Level
• MGMT Management Security Level
Compiled The compile status of a report.
YES means the report has
compiled.
NO means the report was not compiled before saving.
Scheduled The schedule status of a report.
YES means the report is
scheduled to run.
NO means the report is not scheduled.
Destination The output destination of the report. The destination can be
to a file and/or printer(s).
Created The time, date and User ID of format creation.
Modified The time, date and User ID of the last format edit.
Executed The time and date when the report was last executed.
