Delete all out-of-date reports to free up disk space for newly created reports.
When the operator deletes a report, OSx does not remove any of the outputs
generated from that report, but it deletes all associated schedules. The
operator must have the Report Configuration security privilege to delete a
report.
To delete a report, select the report to delete, then select the
Delete
pushbutton at the bottom of the Reports Directory. A Confirm Delete dialog
box appears and asks if you are sure that you want to delete the format
(Figure 9-3).
