Report Output Directory (continued)
Outputs remain in the Report Output Directory for the time specified with
the
Destination command that is used in the Reports Directory. A system
clean-up routine automatically removes files when their duration expires.
However, you can also delete unnecessary outputs yourself in order to
increase the available disk space in your system.
The operator must have the Report Configuration security privilege in order
to delete report outputs. To delete an output, select the
Delete pushbutton at
the bottom of the Report Output Directory. A delete confirmation box
appears.
