9.5 Printing a Format
Producing a printed copy o f the Report Format helps verify the accuracy of a
design sheet and provides the operator with a copy for reference.
The format printout lists all truncated cells that are not fully displayed by
the Report Editor. These cells are listed by their cell reference labels at the
bottom of the design sheet in the sample reports appendix in the SIMATIC
PCS 7 OSx Reports Manual.
To print a format, follow these steps.
1. Select the report you want to print from the Reports Directory.
2. Select the
Print pushbutton at the bottom of the Reports Directory
(Figure 9-11). A Print Destination dialog box appears that lists all the
printers configured for OSx.
3. Select a printer. The printer selection is highlighted in reverse video.
