To add a new schedule for a currently displayed report, select Add New at
the bottom of the Report Scheduler. A new Scheduler appears.
When the operator enters the Report Scheduler, information about the
currently selected report appears. To view another schedule associated with
the Report Format, select
Show Next at the bottom of the Report Scheduler
(Figure 9-9).
Figure 9-9 depicts the report S_DEVIC, which is scheduled to begin running
at 5:00 A.M. on August 31, 1994. Additional reports, also with the same
name but with different version numbers, run every fourteen days starting
from September 14, 1994, and ending December 6, 1998, at 20:00 military
time. The report also runs when the active bit transitions from one to zero
for the status attribute assigned to the AI_57 tag.
To edit a schedule, select a report format from the top of the Scheduler.
Enter the new times and/or event; then select the
Save pushbutton that
returns to the schedule for additional editing.
