9.7 Report Output Directory
The Report Output Directory contains a list of Report Outputs. Report
Outputs appear in this directory only if the operator has selected
Save to File
as an output destination. (See Section 9.1 and Section 9.4). The operator can
view, print, or delete a Report Output from the Report Output Directory.
OSx supports up to 2,000 Report Outputs.
The operator can only display Operational or Management outputs with the
proper security privileges. The operator must have the Report Configuration
privilege to delete outputs from the primary.
To access the Report Output Directory, the system must be in the Operate
state. To view the directory of Report Outputs follow these steps.
1. In the runtime navigation area at the bottom of your screen, click the
Directory icon (Figure 9-14).
2. Highlight
Report from the selection of directory options.
3. Select the report. The screen displays the report.
