Scheduling a Report (continued)
You schedule a report by date/time by entering data into the report time
fields (Figure 9-6). The default times displayed for
Reportat:StartofDay,
Reportat:StartofShift,
and Report at: End of Shift are set in Calendar
Configuration. For additional information on Calendar Configuration, refer
to the SIMATIC PCS 7 OSx System Administration Manual. The Scheduler
Report Time fields are described below. Press
Enter after each entry.
Enter data into the Report At fields to set the first time the scheduled report
should execute.
Report at: Date Select this radio button to enter a beginning day, year,
and month for report execution.
Report at: Today Select this radio button for the report to begin
execution today. If you select this button, you cannot enter data into the
Date field. The day, month, and year are entered for you.
Report at: End of Month Select this radio button for the report to begin
execution at the end of the current month. If you select this button, you
cannot enter data into the Date field. The day, month, and year are entered
for you.
Report at: Now Select this radio button for the report to execute
immediately. If you select this button, you cannot enter data into the Date
and Time fields. The day, month, year, hour, minutes, and meridian are
entered for you.
Report at: Time Select this radio button to enter a time in hours,
minutes, and a time description of AM, PM, or 24-Hour for starting report
execution.
