After previewing a report, the operator can print the output. To print the
results of a previewed report, select the
Print pushbutton at the bottom of
the Preview screen. A Print Destination dialog box appears that lists all the
configured OSx printers (Figure 9-11). To select a printer, click the desired
printer in the dialog box. The printer you select highlights in reverse video.
Repeat to select additional printers. This on-demand printing of a previewed
report overrides process group assignments for printers and reports.
If errors occur when the operator is previewing or printing a report, the
following message appears at the end of the output.
Errors or warnings occurred. A listing may be found in:
/usr/tistar/hist/rpt/output/RP<filename>--ERR
To view a Report Error file, click the Directory icon in the navigation area;
then select
Reports from the list. The error file is listed as the same format
name with the suffix,
