Scheduling a Report (continued)
The Report field is at the top left corner of the Report Scheduler. The name
of the particular report you have selected for scheduling is displayed in this
field. The operator can access this list with the long-list display tool to select
a different report from within the Report Scheduler (Figure 9-5).
Below are informational fields displayed at the top of the Scheduler.
Report This list contains the same reports as in the Reports Directory.
Description Displays the selected report description. The operator cannot
enter data into this field from the Report Scheduler.
Schedule _ of _ Displays the current schedule number and total number
of schedules for the report. The operator cannot enter data into this field.
The schedule numbers for report schedules do not remain the same from
one report scheduling session to the next. For example, if report S_AI has 10
schedules, the currently edited schedule may display Schedule 4 of 10. This
remainsasSchedule4aslongasthescheduleisactiveandyoudonotpress
OK or Cancel. If you press either of these keys, and then press Schedule
again, this schedule may no longer be Schedule 4 of 10. If its number has
changed, it could be Schedule 7 of 10, for e xample.
