Assembling the line supply terminal for the drive

1. Strip the specified length (see illustra-
tion) of the insulation at the end of the
wire.
2. Insert the stripped end into the pin-
type terminal.
3. Crimp the terminal using a crimping
tool, and cut off the excess part of the
wire.

1. Strip the specified length (see illustra-
tion) of the insulation at the end of the
wire.
2. Insert the stripped end into the fork-
type terminal.
3. Crimp the terminal using a crimping
tool. (Note: Coat any exposed wires
with tin.)

Cutting reserved holes in the MCP
There are four variants of MCP, two horizontal variants and two vertical variants. On the horizontal variant with override
switches, there are three reserved holes with a standard diameter of
16 mm
, and on the horizontal variant with a reserved
slot for the handwheel, there are two reserved holes with a standard diameter of
22.5 mm
; on each vertical variant, there are
four holes with a standard diameter of
16 mm
