Interaction of the Quality Attribute Validity and OperatorBlocked
OperatorBlocked check box is set and receipt of Oper-
atorBlocked = TRUE
Regardless of whether the validity check box is set or
not, and regardless of the current validity, the validity
attribute is set to good and the substitute value of
the OperatorBlocked data object is set. That is, the
OperatorBlocked settings overwrite the Validity
settings.
