Execute the following steps to start up the device:
Step Action Result
1 Switch on the power supply. The central unit executes a self-test.
2 Open the project in MSS ES. -
3 Choose "Target system" > "Load to switching
device" and confirm the memory dialog with "Yes".
The "Load to switching device" dialog box opens.
4 Set the interface and confirm with "OK". The configuration data is now downloaded. A message is
displayed on completion of the download.
5 Confirm with "OK". You are now online in configuring mode.
