System error
If a system error occurs, the central unit switches from safety/test mode to a safe state
(configuring mode) and switches off all the outputs. Communication with the expansion
modules continues, however, thereby ensuring that status and diagnostics messages can
still be received. These errors are caused by device errors (e.g. expansion module
defective), configuration errors (e.g. no memory module), or bus errors. The SF LED lights
up on the relevant expansion module.

Yellow (in test mode)

Perform a reset or restart the computer.
Sensor or wiring fault
A sensor or wiring fault does not cause the mode to change; the central unit remains in
safety/test mode. This error category can have the following causes:
Wiring fault
(Feedback circuit switching time violation, cross-circuit between cables):

LED Display
SF RED
Resolve the cause and then acknowledge the error with reset.
Logic error
(Discrepancy time violation, violation of a signal sequence):
Display on the central unit Remedy
LED Display
SF RED flashing
Acknowledgment is not necessary. When the logic is correct, the error is
automatically canceled.
Logic warning
(Wait for startup test)
Display on the central unit Remedy
LED Display
The warning is signaled when the LEDs of the
corresponding inputs start flashing.
Acknowledgment is not necessary. When the logic is correct, the warning
is automatically canceled.
