Station status 2
Structure of station status 2 (byte 1)
Bit
Meaning
0 1: The DP slave parameters need to be reassigned.
1 1: A diagnostics message is pending. The DP slave will not operate until the problem is
eliminated (static diagnostics message).
2 1: The bit is always set to "1" if the DP slave with this PROFIBUS address is present.
3 1: The watchdog is activated for this DP slave.
4 1: The DP slave has received the "FREEZE" control command

5 1: The DP slave has received the "SYNC" control command

6 0: Bit is always "0".
7 1: The DP slave is disabled, i.e. it is isolated from the current process.

The bit is updated only if another diagnostics message changes also.

0 to 6 0: Bits are always "0".

There are more diagnostics messages pending than the DP slave is able to store.
The DP master cannot enter all the diagnostics messages sent by the DP slave in its
diagnostics buffer (channel-specific diagnostics).

Definition
The diagnostic byte master PROFIBUS address contains the PROFIBUS address of the DP
master:
Which the DP slave has configured and
That has read and write access to the DP slave
The master PROFIBUS address is located in byte 3 of the slave diagnostics.
