Return of products with lithium batteries
Lithium batteries are dangerous goods according to the Regulation of Dangerous Goods, UN
3090 and UN 3091.
Remove lithium batteries prior to shipment.
If the battery cannot be removed, return the product according to the Regulation of
Dangerous Goods with special transport documentation.
10.6 Return procedure
Enclose the bill of lading, return document and decontamination certificate in a clear plastic
pouch and attach it firmly to the outside of the packaging.
