bridge-ext gvrp
Use this command to enable GVRP globally for the switch. Use the no
form to disable it.

Command Usage
GVRP defines a way for switches to exchange VLAN information in
order to register VLAN members on ports across the network. This
function should be enabled to permit automatic VLAN registration,
and to support VLANs which extend beyond the local switch.

Console#show garp timer ethernet 1/1
Eth 1/ 1 GARP timer status:
Join timer: 20 centiseconds
Leave timer: 60 centiseconds
Leaveall timer: 1000 centiseconds
