Printing a Message
If all setup has been completed, including coordinating the speed of the printer and conveyor
(See “Determining the Correct Print Speed and Direction” on page 65), a message can be
printed.
1. Load the message:
a. Go to the Main screen
b. If the message is not already loaded, load the desired message by selecting Load
File:
2. Start jetting:
a. Select Start Jetting:
b. In the dialog box, select “Start Jetting With Cleaning” or “Start Jetting Without
Cleaning” (See “Startup Procedure” on page 131 to determine correct “Start Jetting”
procedure)
3. Start the conveyor/product flow.
4. Start printing:
a. Select Print:
The JetStream will now print on the passing product.
5. Stop printing:
a. When finished printing, select Stop Printing:
The JetStream will now stop printing, but ink will continue to jet through the system.
