8-6 KICK STARTER
• Install the spring
7 to the kick starter shaft.
• Install the kick starter shaft assembly to the crankcase.
NOTE:
Securely engage the stopper portion
E of the kick starter with
the stopper guide

• Install the end of return spring to the crankcase.
• Install the kick starter idle gear

• Reassemble the clutch assembly. (!7-8, -9)
• Install the dowel pins and gasket

• Install the right crankcase cover

# Right crankcase cover bolt: 11 N·m (1.1kgf-m, 8.0 lb-ft)

CAUTION
Use a new gasket
9 to prevent oil leakage.
