COLLET RINSING SYSTEM DESCRIPTION
Activation of the pressure multiplicator produces an oil jet.
Deactivation of the pressure multiplicator re-primes the system.
Note : This system is used to bring cutting oil into small and long holes.
The pressure generated by the coolant pump is too low for this purpose.
OIL INJECTOR DATA
Feature Description Data
Oil volume per pulse : approx. 20 cm

Refill duration: approx. 3 sec
OIL INJECTOR OPERATION
Activation of the pneumatic thrustor makes oil flow under pressure through the
nozzle.
Return movement of the thrustor refills the hydraulic chamber with oil.
To start up the oil injector, proceed as follows : (otherwise the hydraulic
chamber will not fill up)
− Open completely the valve located at the input of the filter
(see the figure in Instructions 300231, Para. 9.3).
− Block the outlet of the main coolant pipe, e.g. by hand with a rag.
− Turn on the coolant and wait until the oil comes out of the counter spindle.
− Unblock the outlet of the main coolant pipe.
The oil injector is now operational.
