4.Positionthefanshroud(item21inFigure25)totheradiator.Securethefan
shroudtotheradiatorwiththe4fasteners,6atwashers,and4locknuts.
Ensurethatatleast6.4mm(0.250inch)clearanceexistsatallpoints
betweenthefanshroudandthefan.
5.Positionthecoolantreservoirassembly(item20inFigure25)tothefan
shroud.Securethecoolantreservoirtothefanshroudwiththe2bolts,2
atwashers,and2locknuts.
6.Removethecoversandplugsfromtheopeningsintheradiatorandtheoil
coolerandthedisconnectedcoolantandhydraulictubesthatwereinstalled
duringremoval.
7.Routethehydraulictubesthroughthebottomradiatorshieldandsecurewith
thebulkheadlocknut.LubricatethenewO−ringsandconnectthetubes
totheoilcooler.
8.Connecttheupperandlowerradiatorhoses(items22and23inFigure25)to
theradiatorandsecurethehoseswiththehoseclamps.
9.Connectthereservoirhose(item19inFigure25)totheradiatorllopening
andsecurethereservoirhosewiththehoseclamp.
10.Installandsecuretheaircleanerinlethose;refertoAirCleanerSystem
(page4–7).
11.Installtheradiatorpipeplug(item30inFigure25)totheradiator.Fillthe
radiatorwithcoolant;refertotheOperator’sManual.
12.Installtheradiatorscreen(item45inFigure25)tothemachine;referto
theOperator’sManual.
13.Addhydraulicuidtothetransaxlereservoirasnecessarytoraisethe
hydraulic-uidleveltotheoperatingrange;refertotheOperator’sManual.
14.Starttheengineandcheckforcoolantandhydraulicuidleaks.Repairany
leaksasrequiredbeforereturningthemachinetoservice.
15.Continuetoruntheenginetoobtaintheoperatingtemperature.Checkthe
coolantandhydraulicuidlevelsandadjustasnecessary.
16.Lowerthehoodandsecureitwiththelatches.
