Invalid bits (LSB) "0" to "15" Number of invalid bits on the LSB side of the position
value supplied by the SSI encoder.
The meaningful word width of the position value
transferred to the module bus master is as follows:
SSI_FRAME_LEN - INVALID_BITS_MSB-
INVALID_BITS_LSB.
The invalid bits on the LSB side are removed by shift-
ing the position value to the right,
starting with the LSB.
(Default 0 bit = 0×0).
INVALID_BITS_MSB +INVALID_BITS_LSB must always
be less than SSI_FRAME_LEN.
Invalid bits (MSB) "0" to "7" Number of invalid bits on the MSB side of the posi-
tion value supplied by the SSI encoder. The meaning-
ful word width of the position value transferred to
the module bus master is as follows:
SSI_FRAME_LEN - INVALID_BITS_MSB -
INVALID_BITS_LSB.
