13.3 Dismounting a BL67 station
13.3.1 Dismounting from the mounting rail
The BL67 stations are dismounted from the mounting plate by loosening all screws at the station.
13.3.2 Dismounting from the mounting rail
Please observe the following basic rules when dismounting:
Dismounting of a single component
 The gateway can only be dismounted from a station after all the base modules located on its right
are dismounted.
 Individual base modules can only be removed from a station when all base modules located to its
right have been dismounted.
Dismounting an entire BL67 station in chronological order
 Disconnect the voltage at gateway and supply modules.
 Dismount electronic modules
 Disconnect wiring
 Loosen/remove end bracket and end plate
 Dismount base modules
 Dismount gateway
NOTE
The complete station should be dismounted from the mounting plate or the mounting rail
before disassembling it.
CAUTION!
Electric voltage (24 V)
Danger of injury due to electric shock!
 Switch off all connected voltage supplies!
