4. Take the spring-loaded cylinder out of the holder.
Environment
Use a suitable container to collect the hydraulic oil as it drains off and
dispose of it in an environmentally friendly manner!
5. Loosen the union nut 3 and remove the hydraulic line.
6. Prepare a new spring-loaded cylinder. To do this, loosen the locknut 4
(SW 17).
7. Clamp the spring-loaded cylinder (e.g. in a vise).
8. Turn the nut 5 (SW 24) clockwise until the threaded rod protrudes by
approx. 40 - 50 mm.
9. Connect the spring-loaded cylinder to the hydraulic line and place in
the holder. Align the cylinder so that the hydraulic hose runs parallel to
the front carriage plate.
10.Fix the cylinder with the screw and two V-pulleys 6.
