Suitable receptacle for collecting the hydraulic oil
Plugs (different sizes) for closing the oil lines

Environment
Use a suitable container to collect the hydraulic oil as it drains off and
dispose of it in an environmentally friendly manner!
1. Retract the lock cylinder completely.
2. Remove the nut 2 and take out the screw 1.
3. Push the lock pin fully outward.
4. Lift lock cylinder out of the quickhitch.
5. Extend the lock cylinder completely.
WARNING
Injury hazard due to pressure
A thin jet of hydraulic oil escaping under high pressure can penetrate the
skin.
Seek medical attention immediately if hydraulic oil penetrates the skin
or eyes.
Only open hydraulic systems after the pressure in them has been
released.
Wear protective clothes.
6. Press the pressure-relief switch see “Overview of switch panels” on
page B-5.
7. Unscrew and close the hydraulic lines 3.
Install in the reverse order.
