Vials and low volume inserts

Caution: The separations module is factory-set to accept vials with a
bottom thickness of 1.6 mm or less. Any vial with a thickness greater
than 1.6 mm requires a positive syringe draw depth offset. Failure to
ensure that offset can cause vial breakage or needle damage.
