connections. See page 50 through page 53 for drip tray installation
instructions.
Signal connections
The rear panel of the separations module provides connection terminals and
communication ports for operation with external devices (see the figure “Rear
panel of the separations module:” on page 49).
The signal connections you need to make to your separations module depend
on these considerations:
The operating mode you select for the separations module (System
Controller, No Interaction, or one of the Remote Control modes)
Types of instruments that make up your HPLC system
This section describes the input/output (I/O) and digital signal connections
that you can make from the terminal strips, RS-232 connectors, IEEE-488 bus
connector, and Ethernet interface on the rear panel of the separations module.
