14.6 Changing the Power Fuse
WARNING
To prevent fire, only use a fuse that matches the designated rated values (current,
voltage, and type).
Always turn the GS200 of
f and remove the power cord before you change the
fuse.
Do not short the fuse holder
.
Designated Rated Values
The type of fuses that the GS200 uses are described below.
Suffix Code/Rated Supply Voltage: -1 (100 VAC) or -4 (120 VAC)
Maximum rated voltage: 250 V
Maximum rated current: 1 A
Type: Time lag
Standard: UL/VDE certification
Part number: A1109EF
Suffix Code/Rated Supply Voltage: -7 (230 VAC)

Maximum rated current: 0.5 A

How to Change the Fuse
To change the fuse, follow the procedure below.
1.
Turn off the power switch.
2.
Remove the power cord from the power inlet.
3.
Insert a flat-blade screwdriver into the fuse holder groove on the power inlet,
press the screwdriver in the direction indicated by the arrow, and remove the fuse
holder from the GS200.
4.
Remove the blown fuse from the fuse holder.
5.
Insert a new fuse into the fuse holder, and re-attach the fuse holder to the GS200.
