Sample Results Report Configuration
The AEROSET System is supplied with two different configured sample
result reports:
Form 1 is a compact report that prints the sample results, minimum
sample, and patient identification information. Multiple samples are
printed on each page.
Form 2 is a full page report for each sample and prints the sample
results, lab address, and all patient information.
The sample result report forms require editing:
To add a new assay
To edit these forms:
•Select <Database> in the Information Access Area.
•Select <Print> in the right-hand column.
•Select <Page Setup>.
For information about editing the page set-up of Form 1 and 2,
refer to DATABASE Screen in Section 2, Installation
Procedures and Special Requirements of the AEROSET
System Operations Manual.
With 2 printers-Form
1=A printer and Form 2=B
printer.
With 1 printer-will print long
Form 2 to printer A when you
have patient reports
deselected on A and selected
on printer B.
Recommend saving forms in
library.
Free text-Define for address.
Must define free text using
free text button on right side.
Form 1 or 2=moves you
from one form to the other.
Show how to add an assay
to page setup.
Edit/Dil 1/Dil 2 can now be
printed on the Sample
Report.
