REAGENT LOADING ACTIVITY
Introduction:
In the activity, you will determine where to load reagents, how to use the
appropriate adaptors, and how to check reagent inventory.
Objective:
Upon the completion of the reagent loading activity, you will be familiar
with:
Determining the line a reagent gets loaded on
Loading reagents using the appropriate adaptors
Checking reagent inventory
Reagent scan
Assay status after reagent scan
Necessary Materials:
Reagents:
Creatinine
Total Protein
•ALT
•Glucose
•Albumin P
Additional Materials:
•20mL adaptors
Small adaptors
Prior to activity, instructor should remove Creat, TP, ALT, Glucose, and ALBP from reagent supply center and
perform a reagent scan.
