Procedure
The information for the following steps is found in the AEROSET
System Operations Manual.
Refer to Monthly Maintenance in Section 9, Service and Maintenance
of the AEROSET System Operations Manual to perform the following
procedures:
1. Clean and check the Reagent Supply Centers.
2. Clean the Carousel Sampler area and carousels.
3. Check the sample and reagent dispense components.
4. Clean the Cuvette Washer Nozzles.
5. Check the Cuvette Washer High-Concentration Waste Nozzle
Tubing.
6. Clean DI Water Filter (if installed).
Instructor will need the
following for demo:
- Lint-free towels
- 10% bleach
-DI water
- Flathead screwdriver
- Phillips™ screwdriver
- Nozzle cleaning wire
- Teri 2-ply wipers
• Cleaning cuvette washer —
sometimes there’s a tight
suction between the platform
that the black knob is on and
its base.
• Do not touch the dryer tips
with ungloved hands.
• Demo how to check if cuvette
washer nozzles are aligned.
