From Data Module Form, determine port assignment of PDMs:

Connect A25D cable to DCP-LINE connector on rear of data mounting.
Run and connect cable from data mounting to station side (see Note) of cross-
connect field.
Note: This connection is to a Z203A1 connecting unit provided in a Z100B1
connector module. If Z100A1 connector modules are used at the cross-connect
field, a connecting unit on the station side must be replaced with a Z203A1
connecting unit.

Install yellow auxiliary label on connector module.
Connect patch cords at cross-connect field (see Figure 2-119).
