If connectorized top terminal blocks are used, the cables must be supported on the
wall using D rings.
Cable slack is stored perpendicular to the wall and cabinet by coiling the cable
around the columns in the cable slack manager. The first run should always go back
and forth the full length of five columns in the cable slack manager.
The cable is then connected to the terminal block connector.
