Carrier Slot Circuit
Identify carrier slot and label both ends of an A25D cable.
Run and connect A25D cable from assigned port carrier slot to 25-pair connector
on auxiliary cabinet's ED-1E443-10 Intra-Connection Panel (see Figure 4-85).
Run and connect B25A cable from 25-pair connector on ED-1E443-10 Intra-
Connection Panel to switch side of cross-connect field (see Figure 4-85).
Write lead designations on 66-type connecting block in the yellow field using a
permanent felt-tipped pen.
Mount 36A voice coupler.
Remove cover from 36A voice coupler and make connections to 110-type wiring
blocks on ED-1E443-10 Intra-Connection Panel (see Figure 4-85).
Connect output of 2012D transformer to AC and ACG terminals on 36A voice
coupler.
Plug 20l2D transformer into 117-volt power outlet not under control of a wall
switch.
Install cover on 36A voice coupler.
Install jumper wires at cross-connect field.
Install music source per manufacturer’s instructions.
Connect 2-pair line cord (modular plug at one end) from information outlet to
music source (see Figure 4-85).
Administer per AT&T System 75 and System 75 XE Implementation and AT&T
System 75 and System 75 XE Administration.
