As previously stated, DEFINITY ONE applications are pre-loaded on the
hardware platform. The actual set up of customer translations is administered
through a common system management tool, Avaya Site Administration, which is
integrated into the platform.
Avaya Site Administration is an all-purpose telecommunications management tool
aimed at small- to mid-sized companies, such as small businesses, motels, and
branch offices of large companies.
