Install washer

Install roller needle

Install water pump gear

5.5.13 Oil Filter
Replace with a new oil lter element

Inspect o-seal ring

for cracks or
damage. Replace if necessary.
Inspect oil filter cover

for damage.
Replace if necessary.
NOTE: Replace with a new oil filter
element

after removal.
5.5.14 Overriding Clutch
Disassembly
Remove driven gear

Remove bolts

.
Remove overriding clutch
3
.
NOTE: If there is no defect on
overriding clutch, it is not necessary to
remove it.
Inspection
Inspect overriding clutch function. Rotate
driven gear in overriding clutch.
Inspect overriding clutch and clutch
housing for wear or other damage.
NOTE: The clock-wise rotation of
overriding clutch must be locked.
Replace the clutch, housing and gears
together if damaged.
