4.3.2 Drive Belt Inspection
Inspect drive belt for oil stain or damage.
Inspect belt contact surface for cracks or
damage. Measure belt width with vernier
caliper.
Replace with a new belt if damaged or
beyond service limit.
Drive belt service limit: 33.5 mm
NOTE: Clean the belt thoroughly if oil
and grease is on the belt surface.
4.3.3 Drive Pulley Inspection
Disassembly
NOTE: Before disassembly of the drive
pulley, mark the ramp place, moveable
sheave and stationary sheave for
aligment.
Remove drive pulley nut

(left-hand
thread).
Remove drive pulley moving sheave
assembly

Remove nylon sliders

Remove weight rollers

.
Remove drive pulley spring

Remove nylon washer
2
.
Remove steel washer

Remove spring seat
