5.6.9 Second Cylinder Timing Chain
Put timing chain

into crankcase from
second cylinder. Set it on crankshaft timing
sprocket. Hook it to prevent it from falling
down.
Install tensioner plate

from second
cylinder. Apply 243 thread locker and
install tensioner plate screw

Tighten torque: 8N•m~12N•m.)
Install chain guard

5.6.10 Oil Pump
Apply some engine oil on oil pump outer
rotor

Install oil pump outer rotor
1
.
Install roller needle

.
Install oil pump inner rotor

in the
direction of arrow on oil pump shaft

Turn inner rotor

until roller needle clips
into the groove on inner rotor.
Install oil pump shaft

with inner rotor on
MAG crankcase (with appropriate angle).
Install oil pump cap

Install bolts

.
Install washer
1
.
Install roller needle
2
.
Install oil pump gear
3
(the roller needle
should clip into the groove on oil pump
gear).
Install new circlip

.
NOTE: The removed circlips can not be
reused. Replace with new ones during
installation.
