5.4.10 Second Cylinder Tensioner
Remove bolts

Remove tensioner

Remove seal gasket

NOTE: Make marks on tensioner during
removal, to prevent getting mixed up
during installation.
5.4.11 Second Cylinder Head Cover
Use special tool: Spark Plug Wrench

(0800-022800-922-001) to remove spark
plug

Remove bolts

.
Remove second cylinder head cover
4
and seal ring.
NOTE: Make marks on cylinder head
covers during removal, to prevent
getting mixed up during installation.
5.4.12 Second Cylinder Head
NOTE: The timing sprocket scale

should be at the position as picture
shows, paralleling with cylinder head
lower surface

Remove timing sprocket bolt

Remove timing sprocket

NOTE: Hook timing chain after
removing sprocket, in case the chain
falls inside the engine.
NOTE: Make marks on timing sprockets
during removal, to prevent getting
mixed up during installation.
Remove bolts

Remove cylinder head

NOTE: Make marks on second cylinder
head during removal, to prevent getting
mixed up during installation.
