5.4.5 First Cylinder TDC Adjustment
Remove bolts

.
Remove plug

.
Remove seal gasket
3
.
Remove bolt

.
Remove RPM sensor
5
.
Use a socket to rotate bolt
1
counter-
clockwise. Watch the mark "I"
2
through
viewing hole. Rotate using the socket until
the mark is at the center of the hole. Such
position is the TDC of first (starter side)
cylinder.
5.4.6 First Cylinder Tensioner
Remove bolts

.
Remove tensioner
2
.
Remove seal gasket

.
NOTE: Make marks on tensioners
during removal, to prevent getting
mixed up during installation.
5.4.7 First Cylinder Head Cover
Use special tool: Spark Plug Wrench
1
(0800-022800-922-001) to remove spark
plug
2
.
Remove bolts
3
.
Remove first cylinder head cover
4
and
seal ring.
NOTE: Make marks on cylinder head
covers during removal, to prevent
getting mixed up during installation.
