Install air bag

Install clamp

Install air bag bracket

5.6.20 First Cylinder TDC Adjustment
Rotate bolt

with a socket until the "I"
mark

is at the center of the hole. Such
position is the the TDC for rst cylinder.
5.6.21 First Cylinder Head Assy
Install roller needles

Install cylinder head gasket

.
Install chain guide

.
NOTE: Install chain guides according
to the made marks, to prevent incorrect
installation.
NOTE: Hook the timing chain during
installation, in case it falls into engine.
Install cylinder head assy

Install bolts

. (Pre-tighten to 20N•m in
criss-cross pattern, and then tighten to
60N•m.)
Install bolts
3
. M6×80 bolt tighten torque:
10N•m.
NOTE: Install cylinder head assy
according to the made marks, to
prevent incorrect installation.
NOTE: Hook the timing chain during
installation, in case it falls into engine.
NOTE: Install bolts
