63-4 delete loopback ipif
Description
This command is used to delete a loopback interface.
Format
delete loopback ipif [<ipif_name 12> | all]
Parameters
<ipif_name 12> - Enter the IP interface name used for this configuration here. This name can be
up to 12 characters long.
all – Specifies that all the IP loopback interfaces will be deleted.
Restrictions
Only Administrators, Operators and Power-Users can issue this command.
Example
To delete the loopback interface named loopback1:
DGS-3620-28PC:admin# delete loopback ipif loopback1
Command: delete loopback ipif loopback1
Success.
