10. Insert a Evolis pre-saturated cleaning card or a wipe or a cleaning swab between print platen roller
and the print head. Clean the print platen roller surface by manually rotating it.
Do not hesitate to blow with a dry air pressure spray.
Printing a few cards after cleaning helps remove the fine particles deposited by the cleaning
cards on the rollers.
