Poor quality printing/output too pale
1. Make sure that "Head resistance data" (which is supplied along with the thermal head) have
been correctly downloaded into PC.
In case download of "Head resistance data" is not performed properly, thermal head may be
damaged.
2. Make sure that cards of suitable quality and compatibility are used.
3. Only use Evolis High Trust ribbons.
4. Clean the print head (page 224).
5. Only use an Evolis power cable.
6. Check that the power supply is not faulty.
7. Replace the print head (page 174).
