Clear wrinkles: Clear film
Replace the clear film by a new one.
Clear wrinkles: cassettes
1. It is possible to print even if one of the two cassettes is not well inserted in the printer.
There is no error massage to tell that the cassette is not well inserted.
In that case an horizontal brown strip on 1/5 of the printed card and retransfer wrinkles appear
(especially if the clear film cassette is not well inserted).
2. Test with a new cassette.
