Ribbon Key Error 67-05
- If message occurs at early beginning of initialization, the initialization probably is a discrepancy
between printer zone and ribbon key zone.
- If message is displayed after ribbon check (initialization process), then it’s more likely discrepancy
between ribbon type and ribbon type value from the key.
- If initialization reached the end and message is displayed during printer usage, it could then be
generated by RFID tag/reader.
“Solutions” consist in having key tag closer to the reader:
- Key maintained as close as possible to reader thanks to bits of card inserted in key slot extra space.
- Tag removed from key and stuck to slot with scotch tape.
